Teranga Ivory Card
It represents the first level of our program. The card is available upon request and the final card is received after the client's second trip is taken into account. The Teranga Classic card is permanent.

Teranga Silver Card
It is accessible to a classic member from 80 Teranga XP Points (Teranga Experience Points) accumulated during the same year. The card is valid for 1 year from the date of entry in the level.

This level gives access to all the advantages granted to Teranga- Classic members, in addition to:
- A privileged welcome in the agencies and representations of AIR SENEGAL S.A. ;
- Priority on waiting lists when booking
- Check-in at the business counter;
Teranga Gold card
It is accessible when the Silver client reaches 200 Teranga XP Points (Teranga Experience Points). The card is electronic and is valid for 1 year from the date of entry into the level.

- Access to the VIP lounge at Blaise Diagne Airport in Dakar;
- Priority on the waiting list at the airport;
- Check-in at the business counter
- An additional baggage allowance of 50.71 Ib just insert your membership number in your reservation;

- Priority in baggage delivery at destination.
Teranga Diamond card
It is accessible to a Gold member from 460 TERANGA XP points (Teranga Experience Points). The card is valid for 2 years from the date of entry into the level.
Advantages
The highest level of the TERANGA Program, in addition to the benefits associated with Teranga Gold, provides access to the following benefits :
- Access to all VIP lounges of the ports of call served by AIR SENEGAL as well as to a guest of your choice on departure from Diass
- Priority boarding and baggage delivery
- A 70.55 Ib baggage item just insert your membership number in your reservation;
Earn miles
Earning miles is as easy as traveling on an Air Senegal flight.
Simply indicate your Teranga number when booking the flight; we make your Miles counter fly! Your Miles are valid for three years.
Earn Miles for every ticket purchased on our duty-free flights.
If you purchase for your ticket in a currency other than FCFA, the amount of your purchase is converted to FCFA and used to calculate the accumulated Miles.
Your status and benefits
The more you travel, the more Teranga XP points you earn and the more chance you have to reach a higher status.
Reach Silver status with 80 Teranga XP points or more, go from Silver to Gold status with 220 Teranga XP and with 460 Teranga XP join the Diamond club from Gold status.
The number of Teranga XP you earn depends on your flight type and cabin.

Your personal qualification period begins as soon as you earn your first Teranga Mile or XP. When you have accumulated enough XP, you immediately move to the next level. Your membership at this level then starts for 12 months (until the end of the month).
If you don’t gain enough XP to advance to the next level but keep your XP count, your status will remain the same.
Example : You have Silver status but have not earned the 220 Teranga XP needed to reach Gold status during your qualification period. If your counter still shows 80 XP, you keep your Silver status.
If at the end of your qualification period, you keep your level, your membership to this level is renewed for 12 months.

Conditions
The Reward ticket is established in favor of the Member and/or in favor of any person of his choice.
- As the free tickets are tax-free, it is up to the applicant to pay the taxes. These vary according to the country, the airports, and the commercial policy of AIR SENEGAL S.A. The payment of the latter occurs when the ticket is issued and can be made by the payment methods accepted by the company (cash, credit card, credit, Orange Money, etc.).
- The reservation request for a free Award ticket must be made within a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled flight date or go to an agency for automatic processing.
- Award tickets can only be booked if seats are available on the desired route and in the booking, class corresponding to the ticket. AIR SENEGAL S.A. is the sole judge of the number of seats available per flight and per class.
- To travel with a child under the age of two, the adult traveling with an Award ticket must make a reservation for the baby, under the airline’s fare conditions.
- Award tickets cannot be used for transport on medical stretchers, the accompaniment of children by hostesses (unaccompanied minor) or to benefit from an additional seat.
- Only one date change is possible after the ticket has been issued, subject to the availability of the same booking class. The date change is free.
- No modification of the route or beneficiary is possible after the ticket has been issued.
- The scheduled date of departure must be within months of the request for the issuance of the ticket.
- No refund of Miles is authorized after the ticket has been issued or in the event of expiry of the period of validity.

From 10000 Miles, enjoy all the comforts and amenities at your disposal at DIASS VIP Lounge, as follows:
- The request is made at the VIP Room of AIR SENEGAL S.A. or its agency
- The VIP Access is transferable to a third party
- The Bonus may be combined with a Bonus ticket or excess baggage
- After issuance of the voucher (EMD), only one free date change is possible.
- No refund of Miles is allowed after the issue of the voucher and in case of expiry of the validity period.

Settlement of Penalties with an EMD (Electronic Miscellaneous Document)
It is not allowed to pay penalties in miles. Any payment of penalties will be made by the current means of payment (cash /OM/CHECK/CARD/Waves).

The customer can exchange his Miles for excess baggage.
The excess baggage award may be established in favor of the Member and/or any person of his choice.
- The Award is only valid per flight leg, i.e., one-way segment.
- The Member can benefit from the Award in the form of excess baggage by presenting the award certificate at the same time as their plane ticket.
- The Prime is transferable to another person.
- Only one baggage Award can be combined with an Award ticket.
- A maximum of two prime excess baggage allowances per flight and per Member will be accepted on AIR SENEGAL S.A. public sales tickets
- Excess Baggage Awards will not be accepted for special baggage or for the carriage of animals.
- No refund of Miles is authorized after issuance of the voucher and in the event of expiry of the period of validity.
