Given the current health context, most countries require a negative test for Covid-19, quarantine and travel documents.
These conditions may change permanently.

All air passengers coming to the United States, including U.S. citizens and fully vaccinated people, are required to have a negative COVID-19 test result no more than 3 days before travel or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 in the past 3 months before they board a flight to the United States.

Ivory Coast
  • Any passenger with proof of complete vaccination is exempt from the PCR test upon arrival in Abidjan.
  • Any passenger who has not been vaccinated or who has not been fully vaccinated when leaving or arriving in Abidjan must have a negative COVID 19 test certificate dated no more than 3 days after the date of the test.
Mali
Test requirements
  • Passengers aged 2 years and older must hold a negative RT-PCR test result obtained within 5 days prior to arrival.
Quarantine requirements
  • Passengers aged 2 years and older will be subject to quarantine on at their own expense if not holding a negative PCR test result.
Test on arrival requirements
  • Passengers arriving at Bamako in Modibo Keita International Airport (BKO) will be subject to a systematic Covid-19 testing on arrival.
  • Passengers arriving at Bamako in Modibo Keita International Airport (BKO) are required to present proof of Yellow Fever vaccination.

  • Measures are being taken at Bamako International Airport for passengers who have not been vaccinated against YELLOW FEVER on arrival and departure from Mali. Passengers will be required to pay 10,000FCFA for the vaccine.

Gambia
  • On arrival, bring the result of the covid-19 72HEURES test and at least 3 masks during the trip
    As of April 3, 2021, travelers coming from countries where the virus is actively circulating, including France by name, are subject, in addition to the negative PCR test of less than 72 hours that they must present, to a rapid test upon arrival at the airport in Banjul.

Italy
  • The wearing of a FFP2 mask has become mandatory since December 25, 2021 in all aircrafts.All travelers departing from Italy will have to wear a FFP2 mask (see attached picture).

  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers must hold a negative Covid-19 molecular or antigenic test result not older than 72 hours prior to arrival. Passengers must quarantine for 10 days and will be subject to testing on day 5.
  • Vaccinated passengers: Passengers must hold a Covid Certificate (EU Digital Covid Certificate, Green Pass, or Covid-19 Green Certificate) showing proof they have either been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with an European Medicines Agency (EMA) approved vaccine at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Morocco
  • For travellers aged 12 years and over, this is a vaccination pass or a negative PCR less than 72 hours old. In addition to a health form to be filled in online on this link, to be printed and signed before check-in.
  • For travellers under 12 years old, only the health form will be filled in.

Guinea Conakry
Test requirements
  • Passengers aged 12 years and older must hold a negative RT-PCR test certificate obtained within 72 hours prior to departure.
  • Please note that the non-biometric identity card and the covid vaccination card without QR CODE are no longer accepted on departure and arrival from CONAKRY.
    Vaccine requirements

    Passengers travelling to Guinea have to be vaccinated against Covid-19 at least 14 days prior to arrival with a vaccine authorised in Guinea (AstraZeneca, Johnson and Johnson, Moderna, Pfizer-BioNTech, Sinopharm, Sinovac, Sputnik (Sputnik V))

Benin
  • Any document related to COVID19 can be presented upon arrival in Benin
Senegal

Health control measures at Senegal’s frontiers have been lifted.

Cameroun
  • Upon arrival, each passenger must have a NEGATIVE PCR test dated 3 days from the date of collection.
    As a reminder, a mandatory PCR test must be performed upon arrival; the cost is 20,000FCF
    Health form to be completed before disembarking.
Gabon
  • Upon arrival, each passenger must have a NEGATIVE PCR test dated 3 days from the date of collection.
  • As a reminder, a mandatory PCR test must be performed upon arrival; its cost is 20,000FCFA.
  • Any positive passenger disembarking on a flight at LBVXH, leaves on the same flight with a notification of the incident to ANAC
  • Health form to be filled out before disembarking.
Bissau
  • On arrival, bring the result of the covid-19 test less than 72 HOURS old
Cabo Verde
  • People who have not been vaccinated against yellow fever at least 10 days before arriving in Cabo Verde are not permitted entry.
  • Any passenger with proof of complete vaccination is exempt from the PCR test when arriving in Cabo Verde.
  • All unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated passengers arriving at the national airport from international flights will have to present a PCR test valid for 72 hours or antigen valid for 48 hours.
France

To enter the national territory, a passenger does not need to present :

  • Nor a negative test;
  • Nor a certificate of reinstatement ;
  • Nor a complete vaccination schedule;
  • Nor a compelling reason;
  • Nor a commitment on honor to screening and isolation.

Wearing a surgical mask is still recommended in the terminal and on planes. It may be mandatory to access medical services and airport pharmacies ;

 

Mauritania
  • Present a certificate showing that the person is fully vaccinated with WHO authorized vaccines such as AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer/BioNtech, Janssen(Johnson Johnson, Moderna, Sinovac, Covishield.
  • For two-dose vaccines, vaccination is considered complete two weeks after the administration of the second dose.
  • Travelers who have not been vaccinated or whose vaccination is incomplete must have a negative PCR test issued by an accredited laboratory less than 72 hours before boarding.
United States
  • Entry Permission: Passengers who have been in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, or Zimbabwe in the past 14 days are not permitted to enter the United States.
  • Vaccine: Passengers aged 18 years and older must hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 prior to travel.
  • All passengers who are non-USA citizens must be fully vaccinated as per W.H.O and FDA approved guidelines in order to enter USA using any airline along with having a PCR taken within 72 hours of flight departure time.

    Important points:

    i. All airlines are required to insert contact telephone number in USA for contact tracing purposes.

    ii. Travel for foreign nationals permitted only 2 weeks after second vaccine dose has been administered

    iii. Un-vaccinated USA citizens can enter USA provided they get their PCR test taken only 24 hours before flight departure time

    iv. USA citizens who are not vaccinated will not be accepted entry into USA if they took the PCR 48-72 hours before departure as they must do it within 24 hours only

    v. Double dosage of Chinese vaccines are accepted

    vi. Single dosage of Johnson and Johnson vaccine is accepted.

    Test:

  • Unvaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 2 years and older who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19 must hold a negative viral NAAT or Antigen test result tested within 1 day prior to departure. If travelling with a fully vaccinated adult, unvaccinated children aged between 2 years and 17 years must obtain a negative test within 3 days prior to departure.

  • Vaccinated passengers: Passengers aged 2 years and older who hold proof that they are fully vaccinated against Covid-19 must hold a negative viral NAAT or Antigen test result tested within 3 day prior to departure.
  • Other exempted passengers: Test is not required for passengers holding proof that they have recovered from Covid-19, provided they also hold a positive Covid-19 test result obtained within 90 days prior to departure and a letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official.
