As part of the evolution of the regulatory framework for electronic payments within the WAEMU zone, GIM-UEMOA (West African Economic and Monetary Union Interbank Payment Switch) has introduced new requirements aimed at strengthening the security of online transactions made using credit cards issued in this zone.
Our partner bank is currently working to finalize its compliance with all of these requirements.
As a result, and on a temporary basis, payments by credit cards issued in the WAEMU zone (payments in XOF) are currently experiencing malfunctions on our booking platform.
Credit cards issued by institutions located outside the WAEMU zone and internationally are not affected by this measure and remain fully operational.
In addition, payments via Orange Money remain available and can be used as an alternative solution for paying for your tickets online.
