It is official, the national airline Air Senegal and the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) have initialed a partnership contract for a period of three years. In the Radisson Hotel in Diamniadio, where the players are in the middle of training, Augustin Senghor, president of the Senegalese Federation, signed the contract.
It is official, the national airline Air Senegal and the Senegalese Football Federation (FSF) have signed a three-year partnership contract on Monday 7 June.
In the Radisson Hotel in Diamniadio, where the players are in the middle of their training, Mr. Augustin Senghor, President of the Senegalese Football Federation and Mr. Ibrahima Kane, Director General of Air Senegal signed the document that governs the new partnership they intend to instil in their two entities, symbols of national pride.
It is stipulated among other things in the terms of the contract that the national flag will continue to accompany the national football teams in all categories. To this end, Air Senegal will pay the FSF 50 million CFA francs per year as a fixed allocation, as well as an estimated 300 million CFA francs in travel tickets for the duration of the contract, i.e. 100 million CFA francs per year. In addition to these fixed allocations, Air Senegal will add bonuses for each competition as an additional incentive ranging from 5 to 50 million CFA francs.
The players who came to take part in the ceremony, through the voice of their captain, Kalidou Koulibaly, appreciated the collaboration and expressed their pride in travelling with Air Senegal.
